A "SNARLING" dad who invaded his neighbour's garden when his son's soccer was confiscated has been fined £20,000.
Chaim Adler stormed into Warren Bergson's garden in Golder's Inexperienced, North London, when the eight-year-old kicked the ball over a fence.

The raging dad started mocking his neighbour and became aggressive – "baring his tooth and growling" on the barrister and his physician wife.
Adler, 35, will now should pay £19,800 in damages after the Bergson's efficiently sued for trespass and harassment.
Decide Stephen Hellman stated his behaviour was "aggressive, humiliating and intimidating" in his ruling.
He added: "This behaviour goes past that which merely causes upset."
Mayors and City County Court heard tempers had been frayed because the Bergsons moved in subsequent door to Adler's mother and father in 2017.
Warren, who died after the trial, and spouse Dr Edel McAndrew-Bergson, 58, had rented a garden flat next door to the household residence.
A conflict first erupted in August 2017 when water began spilling into the couple's backyard from an overflowing paddling pool for the Adlers' grandchildren.
The Bergsons stated they have been frequently subjected to a football being "crashed" towards their shared fence, with the pair pressured to flee to the British Library every weekend for peace and quiet.
Adler, who was a frequent visitor to his mother or father's residence, was staying for an extended weekend in Might 2018 when tensions boiled over.
His son's football had prompted the Bergsons to succeed in the top of their tether – causing Edel to grab it when it was kicked over the fence.

They stated Adler then entered their backyard twice – including one time with a "small military" of his relations, who the Bergsons claimed had decided to make use of them as their "evening leisure".
The dad was described as "snarling" as he demanded the ball back, earlier than returning for a second time and making an attempt to drive his approach into their house.
Adler pressed his face towards the window and banged on the door while "growling" on the couple.
He also repeatedly kicked his leg in the air and shouted "here, right here" as he surrounded his neighbours.
However in his personal proof, Adler claimed he was just a dad defending his crying son.

The courtroom was advised the Adlers enjoyed household gatherings at weekends, whereas the Bergsons have been a "mature couple who loved peace and quiet".
Decide Hellman discovered Adler had harassed the couple and trespassed when "no less than part of his physique" entered their flat in the course of the row.
The decide added: "I settle for he was indignant because that they had upset his son, but he has not proven me that his course of conduct was affordable and I am glad that it was not."
Hearth alarm company boss Adler was ordered to pay £8,800 compensation to Edel and one other £11,000 to her husband's property following his dying.
His mother and father will even should pay £1,700 compensation following a dispute over a blocked passageway.
