A mum was left heartbroken after her seven-year-old daughter was killed in a hit-and-run crash by a 14-year-old boy on a moped in July final yr.

Addressing the properties which were reworked into a rubbish dump, Cllr Smith added: "I'm disgusted by this. I have taken pictures, put them on social media and am urgent the Council to strain the landlords to type it out. It's completely unacceptable."

One other shop proprietor stated she was sick of younger individuals within the area being forged in a nasty mild.

"It isn't truthful in any respect," she stated. "The youngsters we see are very well mannered. They are saying please and thanks.

"It's not most youngsters behaving dangerous and younger individuals are treated terribly.

"My youngsters are grown up now however that they had a park to play in, a youth membership to go to. There was a New Horizons which did journeys out, counselling periods, cooking classes and there was scouts and a swimming pool.

"Most of that has gone now. There are not any free passes for swimming and more often than not it's booked out for mom and babies or aqua aerobics.

'They built a health centre that took away a lot of the park and all the youth providers stopped."
