Last month, the family reflected on the loss of Ozzy during their first episode ofThe Osbournespodcast in more than a year.
The episode, which specifically honored the Black Sabbath performer's life and legacy, featured Sharon, Kelly andJack Osbourne.
"I never realized just how horrible grief is. I never knew I was capable of loving somebody so much and missing somebody so much," Kelly said tearfully at the time. "I just — I never thought there'd be a day where he wouldn't be here."
Sharon then asked, "But then how blessed are you to have had a dad like him?"
The television personality and author, who was married to Ozzy for 43 years, then discussed how her grief comes in "waves."
Sharon then noted that shestruggles sleeping aloneand hates "going to bed at night,"
"I mean, I slept with you for the first two months so that you weren't on your own," said Kelly. "But then I felt like you needed some space."
The singer and actress then noted that she struggles with mornings.
"I wake up and for the first three seconds I feel normal," said Kelly at the time. "And then I remember everything. Mornings are the hardest for me. What is the morning? Because it happened in the morning. And I used to spend most of my time with Dad in the morning."
Kelly added that her dad would "hate" to see her crying.
"But it's just all I seem to find myself doing these days because I miss him so much," she said at the time.
