THE driver of a "runaway" Jaguar EV driver who claimed his brakes "failed" on a busy motorway has been arrested.

The officers intercepted his automotive – but he smashed into them as he was reportedly unable to stop.

A Jaguar Land Rover spokesperson stated final week: "Following the incident involving a Jaguar I-PACE on the M62 on the afternoon of sixth March, we are wanting into this matter with urgency.
"A full evaluate is underway to determine the cause of this incident, which continues to be but to be established.
"The security of our shoppers and automobiles is JLR's highest precedence."
