A DRUNK driver who almost smashed right into a kerb as youngsters have been being picked up from faculty has dodged jail after telling a decide she was "very, very upset".

As well as the group order, she should pay pay prosecution prices and a victim surcharge, totalling £238.
Sentencing, JP Harold Tonge stated: "Obviously, that is going to have an effect, notably the length of the ban."
