'At this point I lost spatial awareness and Rebekah requested me "what's up?". By that time I was nervous.

Gill Eldridge, assistant store manager on the Boots store, stated: 'When the client described his signs, I instantly thought it seemed like a stroke and so referred to as 999 right away.
