TheHigh School Musicalalum, 36, welcomed her second baby with husbandCole Tucker. She announced the news onInstagramon Saturday, Nov. 29, sharing a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed as she held Tucker's hand.
"Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!!" she wrote. "What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It's truly incredible what our bodies can do ❤️."
A number of her celebrity friends shared their love and well-wishes in the comments, includingZoey DeutchandMario Lopez.

The actress and the retired professional baseball player, 29, first revealed her pregnancy onInstagramon July 12 — nearly a year aftergiving birth to their first baby.
Hudgens announced the news alongside a trio of photos of herself and Tucker smiling proudly as she showed off her baby bump. In several snaps, the pair could be seen pointing to the actress' belly and laughing and smiling.
"Round two!!!!" Hudgens captioned the pictures.
The pregnancy announcement came a week after the actress posted a sweetInstagram tributeto her husband for his 29th birthday. Hudgens shared an adorable photo of herself and the baseball player, both wearing funky sunglasses, as they made silly faces for the camera.
"Happy birthday to my best friend/lover/partner in life," theHigh School Musicalalum wrote in the caption. "@cotuck you're everything to meeeeeee. No one does it better. 🥳🎂😘."
"You're the best mama thank you ❤️," Tucker replied in the comments section.

Hudgens enjoyed every moment of her second pregnancy, sharing several pictures of her baby bump online. On July 12, postedseveral picturesshowing off her growing baby bump while wearing a dark brown knit dress. She added B2K and Sean "Diddy" Combs' track "Bump Bump Bump" to the post, saying she "couldn't help myself with the audio lol."
After that, the actress attended the At Home with Narwal's summer soiree on Thursday, Aug. 21 in Los Angeles and posed for photos at the event.
At herfirst public appearanceafter announcing she was expecting her second baby, Hudgens wore an off the shoulder white body-con dress as she smiled for the cameras. She accessorized the outfit with a few gold bangles and different rings, letting her hair hang loose and wavy.
