Ryan Garcia is defiantly refusing to be imprisoned over his alleged hotel meltdown. The suspended boxer was hit with a misdemeanor vandalism charge on Thursday after being accused of wrecking a room and a hallway at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills on June 8. The charge carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison. He is due to be arranged in Los Angeles on August 7. In response to the news, Garcia went on social media to declare: 'No way I'm going to jail.
