Josh Flagg wore a shark costume to provide a 'marine feature' for a client after a record sale on Wednesday's episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. The 38-year-old real estate agent worked with his friend and client Carly Steel who was considering selling her prime property on Crescent in Beverly Hills for $16.5 million. Carly was reluctant to sell because she had plans of building her dream home on the lot, but Flagg took her to see a newly built modern home in the The Flats of Beverly Hills priced at about $15 million.
