Como have announced the appointment of Cesc Fabregas as head coach after he completed his coaching badges. The former Arsenal and Chelsea player, 37, was firstly a caretaker manager then a No.2 as Como returned to the Serie A after a 21-year absence. Fabregas, who is also part-owner, will now lead the club in the top flight next season after signing a four-year contract. He said: 'I am so happy to be starting this season as head coach and I thank the ownership group for trusting me with this position.
