Britney Spears defended actress Kate Beckinsale in an Instagram post on Wednesday, after the English actress hit back at trolls who were critical of her for posting clips of herself dancing to blow off steam amid a series of personal tragedies she's dealing with. Spears, 42, posted a text post in which she came to the defense of Beckinsale, 50, who has been contending with personal issues including her stepfather's death; her mother's cancer diagnosis; and a six-week stretch in a hospital.
