During Friday's episode of her Misspelling podcast, the reality star, 51, admitted that she was 'unsure which' of her kids' placentas were 'in there.' 'There's two [placenta in the freezer],' she told listeners. 'Unless I have the biggest placenta in the world, there's two vats in there.
