Taking to Instagram to announce the exciting news, Sarah looked incredible as she cradled her baby bump in a black midi dress. Revealing that she's ready to take on the task of having two children under the age of two, Sarah announced: 'It still doesn't feel real typing this - but my goodness, it's happening.
