The raging dad began mocking his neighbour and became aggressive – "baring his tooth and growling" at the barrister and his doctor spouse.

Adler, 35, will now need to pay £19,800 in damages after the Bergson's efficiently sued for trespass and harassment.

Decide Stephen Hellman stated his behaviour was "aggressive, humiliating and intimidating" in his ruling.

He added: "This behaviour goes past that which merely causes upset."
