Swiss pharmaceutical baron Ernesto Bertarelli& had the boat inbuilt secret by Plymouth boat-maker Devonport Yachts beneath the codename Undertaking 55.
Ernesto is claimed to have purchased the £100million British-built superyacht Vava II for his former spouse's 40th birthday.
Former Miss UK and songwriter Kirsty Bertarelli was named Britain's richest lady in 2017 and was married to Ernesto.
However they divorced in October 2021 after their 21-year marriage hit the rocks.
The mammoth vessel boasts six decks, four boats to take passengers to shore, a fold-down seashore membership, a pool with variable depth and a helipad.
