A DAD has been accused of killing his baby son after he 'prioritised enjoying PlayStation over looking after the toddler', a courtroom heard.
One-month-old Ollie was found with a snapped neck and 37 damaged bones he had endured within the 10 days of struggling before his demise, on October 21, 2017, Leicester Crown Courtroom heard in the present day.

His father Michael Davis, 29, appeared in courtroom on trial after denying costs of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, causing or allowing a toddler to endure critical physical harm, and causing or allowing the demise of a child and homicide.
Ollie's mum Kayleigh Driver, 31, also of Carlisle Road, West End, Leicester, is on trial alongside him after denying the identical fees.
Prosecutor Jonas Hankin KC asked Davis on the witness stand if he was prepared for fatherhood, after the jury have been informed the pregnancy had been unplanned.
Davis advised the courtroom: "I wouldn't say I wasn't prepared, however it wasn't a deliberate being pregnant."
Mr Hankin added: "Do you assume you had reasonable expectations concerning the amount of care and a spotlight a younger child wants?"
To which Davis stated that he didn't.
The courtroom heard how Davis was employed at a Specsavers 5 days every week and taken care of Ollie by way of the night time, while Kayleigh slept.
The defendant additionally advised the jury a lot of his time was taken up with enjoying video games akin to Fortnite, Grand Theft Auto and Murderer's Creed on his PlayStation 4.

Mr Hankin informed Davis he was "taking each opportunity" to play his PlayStation, the jury heard.

"That's your priority, isn't it?"
Davis denied the allegation.
The prosecutor then requested if the dad discovered it "frustrating" when his baby would wake up via the night time, which Davis also denied.
The courtroom heard from Mr Hankin that medical evidence prompt the toddler would have been distressed within the days main up to his demise resulting from "many bone fractures".
Medical evidence said Ollie had 23 rib fractures and mind injury, which have been allegedly inflicted 10 days earlier than he died in Upper Temple Walk, Beaumont Leys, Leicester.
"We know that Ollie had, by this time, sustained many bone fractures, so whenever you have been dealing with him for feeding and altering he would have been crying, wouldn't he?" Mr Hankin questioned the defendant.
Davis informed jurors he solely observed Ollie crying for food or when his nappy wanted altering.
No one dwelling on the handle where Ollie was injured, stated they observed any distress ahead of his dying.
