A 'sensible' head instructor has died whereas on a trip to France.
Simon Gibbs, from Witham, died over the weekend whereas with on vacation with buddies.
It's believed he was killed following an accident on Saturday evening.
New Rickstones Academy informed mother and father and carers of the top instructor's dying.
Johanna Thompson, regional schooling director for the Academies Enterprise Belief, described Mr Gibbs as a 'much-loved colleague and an excellent head instructor'.
'We'll miss him enormously,' Ms Thompson wrote.
'He shall be remembered for his integrity and keenness for educating, as well as his dedication to the group at New Rickstones.'
The Overseas, Commonwealth & Improvement Office stated: 'We're supporting the family of a British man following his dying in France, and our employees are in touch with the native authorities.'
