A 17-year-old boy was killed in a 'office accident' on an industrial estate in Larger Manchester.

Police rushed to Tile Road, in the town of Bury, just after 10am immediately as hearth crews and paramedics also attended the incident.

Nothing might be accomplished to save lots of the sufferer and he was declared lifeless at the scene.

Two individuals have since been arrested – a 41-year-old man on suspicion of driving offences and gross negligence manslaughter and a 36-year-old man on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter.

Eyewitnesses reported a large police presence and paramedics after the incident.

One worker burdened that what occurred was an 'accident', however others within the area stated that they had been knowledgeable that someone 'had been hit on the top'.

A employee at a scrapyard subsequent to the scene stated: 'An ambulance tried coming into the yard.

'They stated apparently anyone had been harm. Loads of police came and we took them down there.'

A variety of police automobiles have been noticed parked up on the personal land on the end of Tile Road, past a gated space.

A spokesperson for the police drive stated: 'At round 10.10am right now, officers have been referred to as to stories of considerations for welfare at a business premises on Tile Road, Bury.

'It was established that a 17-year-old boy was concerned in a workplace accident and regardless of the most effective efforts of emergency providers, he was sadly pronounced lifeless on the scene.

'A 41-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving offences and gross negligence manslaughter and a 36-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter.

'A joint investigation between GMP Bury CID and the Health and Safety Government has been launched to make enquiries into the circumstances that led to the boy's dying. Enquiries are ongoing at this stage.'

The North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) also confirmed it was referred to as out to attend at 10.04am.
