Four years ago, Jennifer Muir began her journey in CrossFit. This summer, she's headed to the CrossFit Games as the first Scot — male or female — to compete in the elite solo division. It's a momentous achievement for the 25-year-old given, for the last two years, she has reached the semi-final stage and missed out by five and two places respectively. Not only that, this year Muir has been in action non-stop, also qualifying for the HYROX world championships in Chicago.
